DL;BR Year Two

Of all the years throughout history, 2025 was definitely one of them.
Beyond the 50-odd rambling blog posts over Sunday morning coffee every week, there was the Canadian winter cabin retreat through two record-breaking snowstorms and a near-fatal brush with the wendigo in Les Laurentides.
There were collabs with friends in Wenches, Calm Bomb Collective, plus the release of Emotions by The Tied Hands.
There was the resurfacing of Brazil's lost magnum opus "The Philosophy of Velocity," and there was the sad but triumphant death of Ozzy.
Plans for DL;BR in 2026:
I'm consolidating the writing a bit. This blog will still catch my weekly brain drain, but I'm sunsetting my Medium account (which was really just mirroring what I post here anyway, usually with a one-week delay).
The DL;BR Substack was a also blog mirror, but I'm going to focus it on the reboot of 500 Days of Night (more on this in the coming weeks).
There will be more vinyl, more Brazil curiosa, more forays into the expanding Husherville universe, and maybe even the introduction of spoken word releases.
It's gonna be a lot of work but a lot of fun, like it always has been.
Thanks, all, for continuing to follow the plot.
Best wishes to you all in the New Year.
P.S.: Backerkit orders are going out soon!
