I threw my neck out playing a Prophet 5

I threw it out real good.
I think it was for a variety of reasons, one of which is definitely my very bad habit of looking at my phone to change Spotify songs while running.
But it doesn't help that my music producing posture is best described as a plastic green army man left out in the Arizona sun.
That was Friday.
Spent most of Saturday in a weird pinched-nerve headache and sour mood. It's strange how a strain in the back musculature can affect your overall sense of well-being.
Sunday, I'm still swiveling to look at things like Robocop having a bad dream.
But the weekend wasn't a total loss. I love building worlds with sound, and Saturday was a full day of Blade Runner-y oscillation and envelope filters.
Nothing beats back a self-inflicted injury like synth play.
Except maybe a couple of Advil and a nap.
