“Say My Name” was written in an alliance with Indiana professional wrestler Alice Crowley and is the first JC Autobody release in six years since 2018's Turbo album. The track brings back some of the signature sounds of the Autobody palette such as the driving four-on-the-floor kick and chaotic noise breakdowns. A portion of the vocals were recorded while Jonathon was battling an acute respiratory infection and could be sung outside his normal range.
