Damaged or Incorrect Orders
-If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Returns
-All sales are final on digital items, limited editions, and sale items.
-Unworn, unused apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
-All refunds or replacements require the item to be returned first.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Only items purchased directly from this store are eligible for returns or refunds.
-We do not cover items purchased through third-party resellers, claims made after the 7-day window, or damage caused after delivery.
-We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or inconsistent, and to refuse service to customers with repeated claims of damage or loss.
