JXMAS

JXMAS is a project originally spun off from the progressive rock band Brazil as a way to save discarded songs that were considered too pop. Similar to Brazil's The Philosophy of Velocity, the songs focus on the fantastical and almost psychedelic but with sounds and arrangements drawn from chamber- and avant-pop.
JXMAS released two songs in 2008, "Love is a 4-Legged Word" and "Remembery Sauce," the latter of which would become known as "Lucky Star" on the 2016 full-length titled Dirigibles.
JXMAS has performed one live concert, opening for Brazil's posthumous 2009 concert in Muncie, IN.
